Standard Repair

Standard Repair

SNAP Communications repair costs consist of 3 parts. The component being used, labor, and liability. These costs are determined per repair. In most cases, SNAP Communications uses aftermarket parts to complete repairs, and offers a 30-day defect warranty on all standard repairs. Examples of issues covered under warranty include, but aren't limited to: touch issues and display issues for screens, battery life issues with batteries, and connection issues with charge ports, but does not cover any damages done to the device after the repair has been paid for in full and has been handed back to the customer. There is a $30 diagnostic fee that must be paid upfront for all repairs. In the event that a device is damaged beyond repair while being worked on, SNAP Communications will offer a refurbished replacement device equivalent to what was being worked on for the cost of the original repair. If the customer declines the replacement device, then the device that was being worked on will be returned to the customer in it's current condition, and the customer will not be charged. A full data backup is recommended before a repair as SNAP Communications is not liable for any data loss that would occur during a repair for any reason, such as a device being further damaged during repair. There is a no refund policy for diagnostic fees and repairs in place unless deemed necessary by an employee.

I have read and accept SNAP Communications Terms and Conditions.
